The conference fee includes the food and drink on both conference days, the conference proceedings and the entrance to the trade fair. The conference fee does not include accommodation. The participants are asked to book their accomodation on their own. A list of hotels nearby which offer special rates for the conference participants is offered on the website of the trade fair organiser (www.renexpo.de) or under www.regio-augsburg.de 
 

The working language at the conference is German, a simultaneous translation German/English is offered however. The conference proceedings will be handed out as a conference transcript on 24th of September. 
 

Cancellations of registrations are only valid when submitted in writing. In case of a cancellation up to 13th of September 2009 (only in writing) a handling fee of 50,- EUR will be charged. After 13th of September 2009 or in case of absenteeism or early termination the full participation fee is due. In case of cancellation please state your full name, address and invoice number. Alternatively, you can nominate a substitute participant without any additional costs. 

After your online-registration you will see a confirmation of your registartion. Please print this confirmation and take it with you to the conference. You also will receive an invoice for your participation to the address you mentioned in your registartion form. Please use the invoice number to make the bank transfer before the conference. Please transfer the participation fee only after receiving a written invoice with your invoice number from BBE. The registration is only completed after receiving the due participation fee. Without paying the particiapation fee before the conference the participation at the conference is not possible.
